As a manager at Maxidoor you will be able to work on your personal development and be part of a company with a great mix of tradition and innovation. The tasks include daily management, planning, internal and external contacts, informing staff at shift change meetings, informing the factory management, leading the improvement work in the group and ensuring that flows and processes work as they should. You will also manage human resources issues and participate in recruitment and staffing issues. - Oral and written Swedish and English
- At least upper secondary industrial education, preferably with a focus on welding and sheet metal
- Some form of training in management and production
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise, allowing time for real leadership
- LEAN skills (problem solving, standardized approach and continuous improvement)
- Computer skills: Office and CRM (preferably Pyramid)
A background in automotive leadership is an advantage
