Your tasks

As a manager at Maxidoor you will be able to work on your personal development and be part of a company with a great mix of tradition and innovation. The tasks include daily management, planning, internal and external contacts, informing staff at shift change meetings, informing the factory management, leading the improvement work in the group and ensuring that flows and processes work as they should. You will also manage human resources issues and participate in recruitment and staffing issues. Your profile

We are looking for you to have a background in manufacturing with leadership experience. You have a leadership personality and are comfortable making decisions and speaking in front of a group. You can work at both individual and team level and create a great culture and team spirit by leading by example. You are not afraid to intervene operationally when necessary and you give both positive and constructive criticism. You are happy to put forward employees' ideas and suggestions and work with motivational factors. You tackle problems as soon as they arise, before they grow and become unmanageable. Last but not least, we are looking for someone who has the courage to speak out and stand up for your opinions and in doing so contribute to developing the company to new heights. The recruitment process includes background checks and personality tests and as the company works in the security industry, Swedish citizenship is also required.

  • Planning experience
  • CRM habit
  • Oral and written Swedish and English
  • At least upper secondary industrial education, preferably with a focus on welding and sheet metal
  • Some form of training in management and production
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise, allowing time for real leadership
  • LEAN skills (problem solving, standardized approach and continuous improvement)
  • Computer skills: Office and CRM (preferably Pyramid)

A background in automotive leadership is an advantage
